A word about exclusivity.

Philosophy

We feel it important that we spend a moment to share our philosophy with you; providing an insight about why we do what we do, and why we feel that it is paramount. We don't have an over generalised corporate philosophy, we don't have a flowery statement about our corporate social responsibilities. We are not a corporation.

Everything that we do, everything that we stand for, revolves around exclusivity. Corporations aren't exclusive. Their products aren't exclusive. Even the finest, ‘exclusive’ goods are manufactured and sold in surprisingly large quantities. You need look only in the media to see individuals consuming expensive goods with no appreciation for what they are or where they came from. Cost does not signify style. Expense is not a synonym for exclusivity. And it a terrible shame to say so, but we believe that in today's world, exclusivity is dead.

It is perhaps more accurate therefore to say that we strive to resurrect exclusivity. We are tying to raise a small island of exclusivity from a sea of standardisation. It is our belief that there are three keystones of exclusivity; distinctive design, limited availability and exceptional service recognising your individuality. We have selected mobile phones which we feel demonstrate an unparalleled understanding of design. Such is the extraordinary styling of our handsets, that their operational lifetimes far dwarf that of conventional mobile phones. Our handsets are sold in small quantities and we have no reservations about discontinuing any model which we feel no longer stands true to our vision. Finally, we take great pride in the level of service we deliver. Only we at HaierMobiles.com provide a dedicated personal concierge service to our customers. Get in touch at your convenience, with a real person whom you’ll know by name.

We hope that you understand what it is that we are trying to achieve. We are thrilled that we have been able to bring back some of the values that we believe in so much. Other people, other businesses may have chosen the mainstream approach. That however, does not appeal to us.
