Based in London England, we have a passion for retail excellence and pride ourselves on our dedicated level of personalised service to our customers and business partners alike. We believe that just because you carry out a transaction over the internet, you shouldn't be denied the courtesy of speaking to a human being before, during or after the transaction takes place. The HaierMobiles.com story began soon after the launch of the Haier P5 Pen Phone. After sourcing one of these innovative new handsets directly from China, a close working relationship with Haier China was formed. During this time, the HaierMobiles.com brand grew tremendously and our worldwide presence began to dwarf that of our distributing partner.
In 2007 the exquisite Haier Elegance was announced and we jumped at the chance to add it to our exclusive portfolio. We moved to Kensington in the heart of London and vastly expanded our distribution and concierge customer service operations. Today we are still the worlds only Haier Mobile specialist and boast a worldwide reputation for offering a unique purchasing experience, fantastic prices and leading after sales service.
